Latitude’s client, a plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in Arizona, is seeking a junior associate attorney with at least one year of experience handling plaintiffs’ personal injury matters. The successful candidate will be licensed to practice law in Arizona and will work on-site at the firm’s Phoenix or Tucson office. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.
\n \nResponsibilities of the Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Attorney:
\n• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
\n• Conduct legal research and case investigation to support case strategy
\n• Prepare for and take or defend depositions
\n• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy
\n• Support settlement negotiations and case resolution efforts
\n• Appear in Arizona state court as needed
\n \nRequirements for the Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Attorney:
\n• 1+ years of experience practicing plaintiffs’ personal injury in Arizona
\n• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
\n• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
\n• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school

\nPay: The base salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000, with bonus potential. Actual pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
