Tell me more about the Internship Program!

The WWT Internship Program is a 10 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. WWT interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that highlights career opportunities and advancement.

We are now hiring for Summer 2027. The program will begin in May 2027. This application is open from August 2026 through October 2026.

At WWT, we know that student athletes bring the same discipline, drive, and teamwork to the classroom and workplace that they bring to their sport. Our Student Athlete Part-Time Internship Program mirrors our traditional internship experience—giving you hands-on exposure to real projects across WWT's business—while offering the flexibility of a 20-hour work week, so you can stay focused on training, practice, and competition. Open to all majors represented across our internship program, this opportunity lets you build your career without having to choose between your sport and your future.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
• You must have a graduation date of December 2027 or later to qualify for the program.
• Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel
• Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong independent judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate well with others
• Must provide reliable transportation & housing

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
